Warranty

Our warranty is simple. We will repair or replace your refurbished unit(s) for a period of 90 days from date of service or purchase. The only exclusions are power surges or moisture that will ruin the electronics and/or mechanical components, normal wear and tear or abuse.

•For the warranty to be valid you must follow our return policy.

•You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#).

•Original receipt included with the return (confirmation e-mail).

•Original warranty seal must not be broken.

•Must be returned in original packaging.

•Call and have us issue a RMA#.

If all of the above conditions above are met, we will repair or replace the terminal. Shipping to us is your responsibility. We pay the shipping back to you at no cost. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

You may want to consider our premier warranty programs. With Gold Premier you receive an overnight replacement for up to one year. With our Platinum Premier warranty you receive a three year overnight replacement.

Return of non-defective equipment will be accepted. Any equipment that is returned will be tested, re-packaged and restocked into our inventory at a 20% restocking fee. You will only receive a refund of 80% of the actual purchase price. Shipping is not included in any refunds. Returned equipment must not be damaged in any way or no refund will be given. No Exceptions.

All new equipment carries the original manufactures warranty.
